PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk ("KRYA" or the "Company") provides an official clarification regarding the news regarding the deportation of President Commissioner, Mr. An Shaohong. The Company confirms that it is unaware of any legal proceedings against President Commissioner Mr. An Shaohong. Furthermore, the Company confirms that it is not involved in any of the cases or litigation currently being faced by Mr. An Shaohong, either in Indonesia or the People's Republic of China (PRC). The Company also confirms that the events and litigation against Mr. An Shaohong have not negatively impacted the Company's operations, performance, or business agenda. The Company continues to conduct its business activities and operations as normal.

All ongoing business activities and the Company's obligations to customers and shareholders continue uninterrupted. The operational management team remains in full control and is capable of carrying out all Company activities as normal.

In line with good corporate governance, KRYA is initiating the process of replacing the President Commissioner, which will be conducted through corporate mechanisms in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The Company will announce the replacement once the process is complete. "We ensure that the Company's operational conditions remain stable and unaffected.
