PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk (KRYA) received an official visit from Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Regional Surabaya which took place on Monday 29/7/2024. This visit is a strategic step in exploring funding potential and providing space for the Company to develop further. During the meeting, the KRYA Board of Directors and Mr. Dupa Nusantara - Regional SME Banking Head & Team from Bank BRI discussed various financial collaboration opportunities expected to positively impact both parties.

It is hoped that this potential funding from BRI will be able to increase KRYA's liquidity, support business, and optimize ongoing construction projects. AGMS 2024

With the following Meeting Agenda:

Approval of the Annual Report and Ratification of the Company's Financial Statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2023.
Determination of the plan to use the Company's Net Profit for the 2023 financial year.
Appointment of an Independent Public Accountant for the financial year ending December 31, 2024 and granting authority to the Company's Board of Commissioners to determine the honorarium of the Independent Public Accountant and other requirements for its appointment.
Determination of the Honorarium of members of the Company's Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors.
Report on the Realization of the Use of Proceeds from the Conversion of Series-I Warrants

EGMS 2024

In the EGMS held after the AGMS, shareholders discussed and approved the strategic agenda, including:

• Granting authority and power to the Company's Board of Directors to pledge the Company's assets, if necessary, in order to obtain loans from government/private banks.
• Amendments to the Company's Articles of Association, in connection with changes to the mechanism for submitting periodic financial reports of issuers or public companies, as stipulated in Article 17 of the Company's articles of association.

Public Expose 2024

As the closing event series, KRYA held a Public Expose that was open to investors, analysts, and the media. In this session, the Company presented the achievements of the Q1 2024 Financial Report performance and the strategic plan for 2024.
