PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk (KRYA) has held a series of important events on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, including the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), and Public Expose. This event took place at HARRIS Hotel & Conventions Bundaran Satelit Surabaya.

This event was held in a hybrid manner, with a high level of participation from shareholders, the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.

AGMS 2024

With the following Meeting Agenda:

Approval of the Annual Report and Ratification of the Company's Financial Statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2023.
Determination of the plan to use the Company's Net Profit for the 2023 financial year.
Appointment of an Independent Public Accountant for the financial year ending December 31, 2024 and granting authority to the Company's Board of Commissioners to determine the honorarium of the Independent Public Accountant and other requirements for its appointment.
Determination of the Honorarium of members of the Company's Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors.
Report on the Realization of the Use of Proceeds from the Conversion of Series-I Warrants

EGMS 2024

In the EGMS held after the AGMS, shareholders discussed and approved the strategic agenda, including:

• Granting authority and power to the Company's Board of Directors to pledge the Company's assets, if necessary, in order to obtain loans from government/private banks.
• Amendments to the Company's Articles of Association, in connection with changes to the mechanism for submitting periodic financial reports of issuers or public companies, as stipulated in Article 17 of the Company's articles of association.

Public Expose 2024

As the closing event series, KRYA held a Public Expose that was open to investors, analysts, and the media. In this session, the Company presented the achievements of the Q1 2024 Financial Report performance and the strategic plan for 2024.

PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk. (KRYA), has signed a new contract worth IDR 13.10 billion from PT Central Pertiwi Bahari, a subsidiary of PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CPRO).

This wholesale project was carried out for construction of the RM Warehouse measuring 54 x 66 m2, Coal Stock Pile measuring 18 x 12 m2, and concreting the road behind the RM Warehouse with an area of ​​1,398 m2.

The construction time for this wholesale project is scheduled to start on December 6, 2023 and is targeted to be completed on April 30, 2024. With the addition of projects from PT Central Pertiwi Bahari, the total new contracts obtained by PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk. reached IDR 285.75 billion. This figure is the highest record for new contracts recorded by PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk. since the company was established.

Apart from that, in 2023 PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk. is also still working on a number of carry over projects with a value of IDR 38.24 billion. So overall PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk recorded projects handled throughout 2023 amounting to IDR 323.99 billion. The total project achievement is equivalent to 130.49% of the RKAP target for KRYA project acquisition for the entire year 2023 which reached IDR 248.28 billion.
