In an effort to increase preparedness and awareness in facing potential earthquake disasters, PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk held an emergency response simulation led by the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Division. This activity involves all company employees and is carried out with great enthusiasm in the company's work environment.
This simulation aims to provide all employees with an in-depth understanding of the steps that must be taken when an earthquake occurs. Apart from that, this activity is also a means of technical training in dealing with emergency situations, such as safe and efficient evacuation, team coordination, and the use of emergency equipment.
"Safety is our main priority. This simulation is not only a form of compliance with regulations, but also the company's commitment to protect every individual who works here," said the Head of the HSE Division in his speech.
During the simulation, employees are trained to immediately take mitigation steps, such as taking shelter in a safe place, following predetermined evacuation routes, and providing first aid to victims if necessary. This simulation also involved the company's internal emergency response team demonstrating rapid and coordinated evacuation procedures.
This activity ended with an evaluation and discussion session to review the implementation of the simulation, ensure that each employee understood the procedures that had been taught, and provide space to improve future emergency response steps.
With this simulation, PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk hopes to increase the awareness of all employees regarding the importance of work safety and being ready to face disasters in a responsive and organized manner.

PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk (KRYA) has held a series of important events on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, including the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), and Public Expose. This event took place at HARRIS Hotel & Conventions Bundaran Satelit Surabaya.

This event was held in a hybrid manner, with a high level of participation from shareholders, the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, and other stakeholders.

AGMS 2024

With the following Meeting Agenda:

Approval of the Annual Report and Ratification of the Company's Financial Statements for the financial year ending December 31, 2023.
Determination of the plan to use the Company's Net Profit for the 2023 financial year.
Appointment of an Independent Public Accountant for the financial year ending December 31, 2024 and granting authority to the Company's Board of Commissioners to determine the honorarium of the Independent Public Accountant and other requirements for its appointment.
Determination of the Honorarium of members of the Company's Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors.
Report on the Realization of the Use of Proceeds from the Conversion of Series-I Warrants

EGMS 2024

In the EGMS held after the AGMS, shareholders discussed and approved the strategic agenda, including:

  • Granting authority and power to the Company's Board of Directors to pledge the Company's assets, if necessary, in order to obtain loans from government/private banks.
  • Amendments to the Company's Articles of Association, in connection with changes to the mechanism for submitting periodic financial reports of issuers or public companies, as stipulated in Article 17 of the Company's articles of association.

Public Expose 2024

As the closing event series, KRYA held a Public Expose that was open to investors, analysts, and the media. In this session, the Company presented the achievements of the Q1 2024 Financial Report performance and the strategic plan for 2024.

KRYA Director, Brigitta Notoatmodjo, S.T., M.Ak., said, "We are optimistic that we can continue the Company's positive performance trend by focusing on innovation, efficiency, and sustainable expansion. Support from shareholders and stakeholders is our motivation to continue to grow."
