KRYA's Performance Indicators are Back on a Positive Track

PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk (KRYA), is starting to get back on track and recorded positive performance in the third quarter of 2023. Dharmo Budiono - President Director of PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk said, "All company performance indicators in the third quarter of 2023 have returned to the right track, after previously experiencing pressure in the second quarter of 2023". Dharmo Budiono is also optimistic and projects that KRYA's performance, especially in terms of revenue, will reach its peak in the first quarter of 2024.

Balance Sheet

KRYA's assets in the third quarter of 2023 were recorded at IDR 164.03 billion, growing 5.8% from the same period the previous year.
Meanwhile, KRYA's total liabilities in the third quarter of 2023 amounted to IDR 60.24 billion, an increase of 7.5% from the same period the previous year.
Meanwhile, KRYA's total equity in the third quarter of 2023 was IDR 103.78 billion, an increase of 4.87% from the same period the previous year.
With this achievement, the DER ratio recorded by KRYA in the third quarter of 2023 is still quite good and stable at around 58.05%

Income Statement

On the top line side, KRYA's revenue was recorded at IDR 88 billion.
Meanwhile, the gross profit recorded by KRYA in the third quarter of 2023 was IDR 14.39 billion. And, on the bottom line, KRYA again recorded a net profit of IDR 1.24 billion. Thus, KRYA again improved its gross profit margin ratio in the third quarter of 2023, to around 16.36%.  KRYA's performance returned to a positive path in the third quarter of 2023, which occurred in line with recorded new contracts until October 2023, amounting to IDR 257.56 billion. The contracts come from PT PLN Indonesia Power, PT Surya Multi Cemerlang, Pelindo Holding and Wings Group. In addition, KRYA is also still working on a carry over project from both BUMN and the private sector in the amount of IDR 38.24 billion. In total, KRYA is handling construction projects up to IDR 295.80 billion, this figure is equivalent to 119.14% of KRYA's RKAP in 2023 which is IDR 248.28 billion.

Collaboration of KRYA and Adhi Persada Gedung

Most recently, PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk. (KRYA), obtained the trust of Adhi Persada Gedung (APG), a subsidiary of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. (ADHI), to produce and fabricate Modular Boxes (MOBOX). In the initial stage, APG has ordered more than 146 MOBOX units from KRYA, with an order value of more than IDR 3 billion. This strategic collaboration, in which KRYA is Adhi Persada Gedung's first choice, illustrates the strong commitment of both companies to provide innovative and sustainable construction solutions to the market. MOBOX, as an efficient and environmentally friendly pre-fabricated construction element, is expected to change the construction paradigm.
